Rustic Spanish Dresser

This lovely Spanish cabinet came from my Granny's house in Spain. I always remembered this piece from my childhood and was very excited to give it a new lease of life.

To preserve the simplicity of the piece and not to draw away from the painted tiles set in to it, I choose an earth born clay plant using the colour "secret room" and adding white to create a lovely pale olive green.

Ive kept some of the old cast iron fittings and added some new cast iron handles. I love the contrast between the old and new.
