We use Shiply and when an order has been placed, I will contact a courier company within 24 hours to book in a collection. At that point, your details will be passed on so the delivery driver can make contact with you at a later date to arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
Flexibility will be required when taking delivery of your item. Couriers will often travel to certain areas of the country on specific days and cannot completely tailor the service based on one drop, however, they will do their best to be as flexible as they possibly can.
During the COVID-19 Lockdown, We can offer a no person contact delivery at a safe distance or if you would prefer, we can deliver your purchased item at a later date once things are back normal.

Please note that unless the item has been damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs of the returned item. Your card will be refunded the full amount for the item upon receipt of the goods back to us.
