A study in balance: The Shokunin Koshi Wine Cabinet.

A calm, grounded form with an interlaced pattern of veneers and metal overlays that gives the piece its quiet character.

Each panel flows into the next with subtle shifts in tone, creating a surface that feels considered and refined. Sculptural from a distance, detailed when you get close.

Designed for those seeking a luxury bar cabinet or custom wine cabinet that feels architectural yet timeless, Koshi is fully customisable.  Available in light or dark tones, with options for brass, nickel or copper metalwork. Each piece is made to order, allowing designers and private clients to create something entirely unique for their space.

The handles are a new addition to the Shokunin Bar: wrapped in fine leather with meticulous hand stitching. Their softly curved metal detailing creates a subtle ombré effect, while each one rests over a sculpted, three-dimensional surface carved directly into the wood beneath.

Yevheniia Vynokurova

Ukrainian artist Yevheniia Vynokurova talks about her inspiration and the meanings behind the tigers that caught the attention of design house Patience and Gough and sparked the collaboration.

Artist Yevheniia Vynokurova says of her designs, “I’ve come a very short way as an artist, but I feel the importance of my mission to create something incredible and beautiful because it makes me happy that people can smile when they look at my illustrations. The tiger is a symbol of energy, and strength, as well as a symbol of good luck and beauty. Inspired by Eastern mythology, I imagined the essence of these animals and by drawing the tigers I started a dialogue with myself, and with many others, for whom my tigers have become a talisman.”

As Yevheniia beautifully puts it, her tigers are more than illustrations – they’re talismans of courage and resilience. Through this collection, our fabric is given a layer of meaning far beyond the material.
