How much is delivery?For any peice of furniture over £500 bought from our website, we offer free delivery. For commission work we will have to charge a rate of roughly £60-£95 for collection and delivery each way. If you are a local client this could come up cheaper. For furniture, delivery will be arranged once order is comfired, eta 1 - 2 weeks unless otherwise specified. We can deliver over seas if your happy to pay the higher costs. Please contact us with the item you are interested in and your post/zip code.

How long will a commison piece take?We try to get commissions done before any personal work. Large pieces can take 1-3 weeks depening on size and difficulty.

Can I give you my own fabric to work with?Of course! We would love to bring your dream alive, by applying fabric you source to a piece of furniture.

What kind of after care do I need for my piece's?There is no after care needed, just the general dusting.

Can I supply my own piece of furniture for you to work your magic on?Of course!! Just get in contact, provide us with some pictures for inspiration and give us a rough idea of the style you want to achieve. A list of fabrics we have 'in stock' can be found on our commissions page. We willo arrange collection and delivery of the item, which is usually around £65

How do you price your commission work?We will give you a guide price before we start the work. As each piece is unique and can throw up a variety of challenges, this can change throughout the process, but we try to get our guide price as accurate as possible. We communicate with our clients throughout the project, with video updates, design questions and material choices.

Do you ship over seas?Yes, we can ship our items over seas, If you want this service please send us an email with your address and which item/items you are interested in and we can send you a quote.

Do I need to give a deposit?Yes, in order to book in a comission project in our calander, we require a £250 deposit. This covers the collection of the peice of furniture and the basic material costs.

Is your fabric FR treated?Our 100% Linen is a natural material and therefore does not need to be FR treated and can be used for domestic and commercial uses. Our Recycled Velvet does need an FR treatment to be used in upholstery and commercial uses. We can provide you with the velvet with an FR coating applied at a cost of £12 per meter. Please get in touch if you with to buy our velvet with FR treatment applied and we will deal with your order directly.

Do you offer trade discount on your fabrics and furniture?Yes, if you would like to apply for a trade account please fill in a trade application form via the TRADE link at the bottom of any page.

Where are your fabrics printed?Our fabrics are printed in Manchester in the UK. We use only ecological base cloths to print onto. These include either a natural Linen (Linen uses 90% less water than cotton to manufacture). Or we use a recycled velvet made from fully recycled waste PET.
